I bought some sunglasses today which are filter category 3. The people in the shop didn't know which of the 3 categories were the best protection (whether it was 1 or 3).
Does anyone know?

3 is the highest i believe - they usually have darker tint lenses. reduce more glare from the sun than lower numbered glasses

4 is the darkest but they are dangerous to drive in as they are very dark. O is the lightest.
