Cheap Boston (usa) Hotels

can any one suggest any hotels or B&Bs (not hostels) in or about a mile away from Boston city centre, or if there is somewhere a few miles out that has good public transport links.
iam looking for about �40 - �50 a night, also iam a single traveller

Hotels in the USA are by room, not person. There are some amazing deals out there at the mo - I always read the reviews on http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotels-g60745-Bosto n_Massachusetts-Hotels.html and then look on ebookers.com to see what deals they have going. Boston does have a good subway network so transportation is easy, and it is a small compact city. �50 a night for the USA may be a bit hopeful though even looking at chains like Days Inn or Embassy Suites.
