Hey ABers, I am here to moan, People always say My Chemical Romance is an emo band right? (Here's an example of what emos are: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-400953 /EMO-cult-warning-parents.html) But for goodness' sake they're not. I like emo clothing but I will not kill myself or cut myself repeatedly with sharp blades. I don't even dress emo for goodness' sake. I dress uniquely. My moan is over. Goodbye.

I love MCR, and although they're not a "suicide band" into self-harming and all the rest of it, they were considered to be EMO - maybe because of their makeup, clothes and sometimes dark lyrics. Carry on listening, I say!
