Just one less mystery for me to solve.

I suspected it was, but good to get another opinion

been with them years ... no problems that weren't sorted fast
it's not that they are good ... just the others are worse

and the router etc is good

Yep! Sounds about how I see them.

several years with NTL made me see just how bad customer service can get.
