I'm (kind of) "seeing" a guy at the mo.

We make each other laugh so much that our sides hurt.

We run together.

We both like to get muddy.

He makes me feel like a teenager again.

We drink, and talk, the night away.

We tease each other.

That is known as pre-marital euphoria and has a shelf life measured in months .
Exactly Squad - a good point and thankfully I didn't marry all of them! I do think you are right though. I think we have to be prepared to look at our own behaviour and the couple dynamic, value base etc. I like two people have to 'fit' in a number of ways. I think it's very easy to love someone but it's difficult to maintain if needs etc. are diverse.
The current Mr. Razzle cuts it again, again and again and we know how to keep it that way.
"He makes me feel like a teenager again."

What, he makes you wear school uniform and call him teacher? Sounds dodgey to me.
Razzle...nice one.
jj - sounds great. One of the things that I have learned over so many Mr. Razzles has been that if we couldn't laugh and play together it just didn't work. It does not stop you from having a serious side to the relationship - it's all about balance. I do hope things work out well - sounds as if you excite each other - great.
The current Mr. Razzle has been away for three weeks and I can't wait till he gets back - I'm electric at the thought of him!
sqad ... early days yet.

Maybe it won't even come to anything.

Maybe we'll decide that only seeing each other at weekends is not going to work.

Maybe we'll start getting on each others' t!ts.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it and we'll just be friends.

I don't know.
Aww, Razzle, that sounds very jolly ... you getting a buzz of excitement. Mr Razzle sounds fab.

My main long term worry, is that "he" lives in Switzerland (although that could come in VERY handy next winter !!!)

LOL

if i'm honest i would say i don't get enough BJ's anymore :0(
when i drop hints she will make me a cheese and onion sandwich or something similar(don't ask as i don't know)
Not quite.
He ticks most boxes - enough to be content with. Whether that is for-now or for-ever, who knows?
I don't think I will ever find anyone who ticks them all - but that works both ways I supose?

Aww you guys all seem very loved up !! how lovely!

No,Kno ...

It's not an obvious substitute.

Actually, guys should avoid things like onions if you want ... you know ... because it makes you taste ... you know

... are you catching the drift, here ?

Mr Razzle and I usually meet at weekends althoug he lives within an hours distance from me. I sometimes see him during week but he and I both work very hard and we have friends and family so it's really great come Friday or sometimes Thursday if we're lucky, I head to his place - it's an Oasis. Sometimes we go out, sit in, fish read. Thing is we can bear to be together - no matter how we feel- and it's great. Give Mr jj a chance - what have you got to loose. Enjoy the adventure!
Aww, thanks Razzle. You relationship sounds fab.

You're right. I'm going to enjoy it ... whatever "it" may turn out to be ...

... and I won't worry too much what lies ahead.

Que sera sera, I suppose ... (not sure about the spelling).
