I have been a member of weightwatchers on and off, and though i don't want to join again, i would like to follow the regime, because it really worked for me in the past, and i actually found it quite enjoyable...(!)
anyone know of a resource where i can get hold of the point values of all foodstuffs and bought, branded products to help me along, as i can only remember a few.

If you divide the calories by 70 and the saturated fats by 4 and add them together it will give you the total points for the item.

Hope this helps and good luck

That's a splendid start. Thanks very much. Does anyone know of a publicly available list of items, too? i.e.: 1x medium baked spud=1.5points, one apple=0.5points etc?
How about looking at the message boards in 'Community' on the weightwatchers website. People are always asking for point values on there, or you can ask for any that you cant find or work out by calculation.
