Porridge is really good in terms of G.I.  Eat it in the morning, with raisins or honey instead of sugar.  By the way, if you have to use sugar, you should use fruit sugar (fructose), which is a lot better for you in terms of G.I. than regular sugar.

catch you later.

Deffo not Cocopops, cocopops!!

Try boiled new potatoes rather than mashed or baked (baked have a mega high GI Index). Lentils such as made into soup. Also basmatti rice is allowed, but not long grain.

Another tip is to put lemon juice onto foods as this lowers a a foods GI index.

Have a google for GI diet there's loads of websites. It's not a dramtic weight loss diet, more a way of respecting your metabolism & keeping your blood sugars healthy which in turn leads to healthy weight loss & helps prevents highs & lows which can make you crave the wrong foods.

Good luck.
