generally I like to get out of the house if I need to clear out the cobwebs, saturday shopping gives me a headache though, I prefer a game of golf or take the kids to the country park on a busy weekend

away from the numbers
I'm just frustrated at the moment Joy. There are 3 or 4 things i want for the house as we are tarting it up before selling. I know exactly what i want, but i cant find anything suitable. Grrrrrr. So the RT is definately not lifting my spirits much.

Actually there is an exception to that, i won a HUUUGE mirror on ebay, which i went to collect today. 46x64", its pretty old, ornate carved wooden frame, painted white, very very solid and heavy- needed 3 of us to carry it! Won it for 40. My Dad, who knows a bit about old furniture etc came to collect with me, and he reckons if i wanted to i would be able to sell it in for 300+!!! I love a bargain!
Hi Joy
Most definately.......but im inclined to go a bit too far!

Hi cazzzz, I was a grumpy old cow yesterday, so it's done me the power of good lol
No I don't like it. Can't stand the shopping centre - it's full of people!!!

I like a bit of RT on line though even if it is just browsing.

A group of us quite often meet up and swop clothes, handbags nearly new shoes jewellery etc - best of all no money involved.
Hi Joy , hee , I didn't mind really sweetie , hope you had a good time in town , you're right about a bit of retail therapy , did you get something nice for yourself ? x
I prefer on-line shopping - you can spend all your money so much quicker....
I was born to shop ! I love buying shed loads of pampering stuff from boots, especially when they have their 3 for 2 offers on. I also love buying pressies for people at xmas time.
Couldn't agree more for you lovely ladies! I drive my missus into town (where she is right now) and I then come home and watch the latest footie scores as they come in.

Bliss! She's doing what she likes - and so am I! Aaaahhh...

I love it,but I haven't the money to indulge at the moment. So I just browse. But I HATE shopping on Saturdays......everyone is spending, and I just feel so jealous...and it is too damn crowded.in town.
That sounds like fun Joy , hope the weather treats you well .
