Annoying neighbours

The guy in the flat downstairs is sooo annoying, he has the tv on all through the night - loud, sometimes I can hear some "other " peculiar noises, moaning and groaning - discusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

go downstaris..knock on the door and tell him to shut the f**k up or you'll get the lads round to drill through his knee caps with the cordless black&decker. that should sort it!

Cutting hs aerial wire would be a bad idea,he would be bored without his TV and the other noises might be more frequent. :)

On some of the occasions,when he does go out, he wakes me up at 3am "trying" to unlock his door - turning the key, kicking the door, then trying to turn the key again.........
