Borrow a different keyboard and see if it still happens
You held the shift key down too long on the word ANd !!

i've tried three different keyboArds

and it has nothing to do with holding the shift key down on the word 'And', why would i even do that, you dont need a capitol 'A' there, it just hAppens by itself.

its when i use the letter 'A' And when i use the 'shift' key.

anything else????

Just substitute an o for the A as you have in the word capital, nObOdy will nOtice.

Anyone got any helpful suggestions?
Possibly your keyboard interpreter chip on the motherboard (if they still have them) is faulty.
Going by your last post it seems to have fixed itself.

unfortunately it hAsn't sorted itself out.

thanks Tim Baxter, do you know how i would sort that out?

If you have a friendly neighbourhood electronics electrician he could try to 'reflow' the chip connexions on the motherboard.  Failing that it's probably most cost-effective to replace the motherboard but that depends on which bits of your internal hardware are upgradable motherboardwise.
