I was in town this morning (dental surgery) and had the misfortune to see a group of children in a newsagents shop behave like what can only be described as "chavs". They were only 7 or 8 years old and yet swore like navvys and one asked me for a light.!

I used the term "chav" as it is a socially acceptable term to describe these "louts". It could apply to any class of person obnoxious, my labelling was to reflect their behaviour, swearing and smoking at 7/8 years old is chavish in my opinion.

I do not believe for a moment that it is to do with "council estates" nor did I say that. My town centre is not what you would describe as such.

As for legendisaliar, take anything it posts with a pinch of salt. It lies.

I say that it is unacceptable for children to swear and smoke at such a young age, and I blame their parents- do you agree or disagree? That is my question.
