Neck / Skin issues

Although I shave in the morning, about half seven / eight o'clock, by ten thirty or eleven I start looking like I've not shaved properly. Stubble appears be growing back but in patches.

I find it helps if I use a face scrub every morning, but this only makes a marginal difference and I end with dry skin.

If I shave too often, I get razor burn and get unsightly red spots and whiteheads. I would be happy with 'designer' stubble but it still grows patchy.

Anyone have the same problem or got any solutions ?

I would have a go at moisturing regularly, if exfoliating helps which removes dead skin, if you moisturise your skin you will find this helps your hair follicles and pores to open more so your stubble should then be more even, if you have dry skin the follicles will be tighter and the hair will find it harder to come through so producing an uneven effect as some follicles will be more open than others. Moisturising daily after a shave is essential to prevent shave rash as well and try using a shaving oil as they are much more gentle and last a long while. Dont exfoiliate daily this too much for your skin and this should only be done once or twice a week. I used to come across alot of this when i used to treat people men and women obviously women dont have the stubble ut the skin type is there. Men's skin is alot thicker than womens so is more rugged and can take more but essentially needs looking after just as much due to the shaving side of things. Try not to go for a dead cheap moisturiser as they dont give a smuch benefit to your skin but Clarin's do a mens range which can be found in department stores and the oil and moisturiser should last you around 3 months of used properly they are around 10 each but well worth the results. Hope this helps.
