does a pub have to sell single measures of spirits by law?

The single measures of 25ml and 35ml are set in law for whisky, rum, gin and vodka. There's nothing to stop a pub selling multiple amounts of these, but the actual measures must be used. Other spirits can be sold in any amount.
as above with the exception of where the spirit is pre - mixed like an alcopop or cocktail
