You can list down your favorite tipple too - best wine and liquer to finish, if you so desire!!!

Have a great night, all

will check on return tonight or in the a.m.

Off to a pub gig soon - lots of singles and divorced, methinks - they do know how to enjoy themselves, though! ( hope i don't have to play any Lemmy, NoMercy!)

My choice of meal would be:

Starter: Aubergine and goats' cheese stack

Main: Beef Wellington, glazed carrots, steamed broccoli

Dessert: I'd skip pud and have a Seville Coffee.

Wine: Chilled Champers (veuve) for aperitif
Verdejo or sauv blanc with the starter
Ribera del Duero (crianza) with the main
Grilled Halloumi

Sea bass cooked with lemon and rosemary and salad

If I still had room either fruit or maybe something with pistachio nuts

washed down with sparkling water and maybe a brandy to follow
Chinese ianfran, 'cos I get to pick at all of the courses washed down with a bottle of your finest Rose
No starter.
A large mixed grill with all the trimmings.
Toffee cheese cake.
Washed down with a good white wine.
( I usually drink red but it might be a bit heavy with this meal )
Other than that, I love chinese food.
Stompe - Perrier Jouet is actually my fave champagne in the whole world, but you just hardly see it in Restaurants! I love the Belle epoque Rose 1996!
now your talking my language! noM lol
You wont find it in Mc Dees noM lol
A HUGE block of seared fois gras (+ Chateau d'Yquem)

Steak tartare (+Chateau Romanee Conti)

Ice cream with Madagascan vanilla (+ Monbazillac)

Espresso with a bar of dark chocolate (+ Cointreau)

Popcorn
Hi ianfran, I hope you have a good night.

I am quite a plain eater and my fave 3 courses would be savoury. I love Lentil soup with a big hunk...of freshly baked bread with lashings of butter, followed by an open chicken pie with fresh veg and REAL chips and then cheese and biccys. Yum
Lobster, salad, home made mayo and plenty of Chablis premier cru...mmmmmmmmm
Raspberries
Espresso and Chocolate
Bas armagnac
Forgot the Roquefort - BEFORE the pudding
Ani ... of course ...

=0)

starter: a packet of chedders

main: plain ribs and rice

desert: a packet of refreshers
Cazzz - a woman after my own heart except that I'd start with some pork scratchings
