Does anyone know if my BT hub wireless router would work if I changed providers from BT to Tiscali. If it wouldn't work could it be configured and how you would go about doing this?

Not easily...

BT hubs are locked to BT usernames only as standard. on the older ones it is possible to update the software on them, the newer ones this is not possible (yet)
