I have developed a headache but have no painkillers as I don't like taking them. I may need to go into a darkened room and rest my eyes.

I don't understand it !

things seem to be looking a little improved, something warm on the back of your neck may help now, high up, just above your lower hairline, but not too hot!

Well the massage seems to be working great. I'm still going to try the vinegar flannel thing with warm water and put that on the back of my neck. Might go and have a soak in the bath in a bit as well.
