lino on top of laminate flooring

just curious i have laminate flooring down in my dining room which is roughly 4mx4m im thinking about putting wood effect lino down instead of it could i just lay the lino on top of existing laminate or would i have to take up the flooring and lay it on top of concrete

I'm not a floorlayer, but I can't see any reason why you shouldn't do what you're contemplating. Although some thought needs to be given to the prospect of the lino rucking up. Short of glue-ing one to the other I don't know apart from sounding a bit drastic - So bring on the experts.
