hi would anyone know how to remove car filling substance from clothing please?

Maybe you should have worn old clothes and not had to bother about it now :-)

i know this sounds daft but it works

get some wd40 and spray on oil .....
if its really ground in try talcum powder (any)on stain after applying wd40 and put in washing machine and wash..
hopefully this will work for you it did for me...
let me know how you got on...
