i'm worried at the price of cucumbers ........it's shocking the sudden surge in the cost of a cucumber.
I don't have children but I would be if I did.
Someone else was telling me how expensive cucumbers were the other day noknow

Strange you should mention cucumbers, no-knowledge.

I Paid �1.25 for one a couple of weeks ago. I thought I had inadvertantly picked up an "organic" version, but I had not. I was outraged.

However, this week I noticed they had gone down to a much more reasonable (but still extortionate) 89p.

I suppose it must be the time of year.
