My mum (73) was told last year she was entitled to some pension credit. We duly applied back in August 08, but haven't heard a single word back since! A month ago she tried to get in touch with them, and after a week of constant ringing (not even an answering machine) she got through to someone who took her details and said they would "look into it". Can anyone give me any idea as to how long you normally have to wait on these things? Many thanks.
