I've had an okish day. Had to walk half the way home from work because some stupid oik decided to open the emergency door but the exercise was good.

It hasn't been too bad, I did a bit of shopping and mowed the back lawn, handy because the front lawn has been concreted over. How about you?

Hi theonlyone - not a bad day but all sorts of problems at work which I'm trying to sort. Makes the job a real pain at the moment. But the weather was good, the evenings are getting lighter and spring is on the way so not all bad.

Went to town, bought some stuff in Body Shop. Got a Mother's day card for my mum, and a couple of goodies for her from the Lancome counter in Boots. Now at my mate Phil's house. His wife is on nights this week, and so I am here to look after him because he has Emphysema and cannot be on his own.

Thinking about having some salmon and cabbage for my dinner.

Pretty good, quieter than expected in many ways, work picking up despite the credit crunch (thank goodness!) and had a lovely girly lunch with a friend.

Came home to a very purry cat so all is good :)

I am going to have ham with plain boiled potatoes, tomatoes, and exactly 30 brussels sprouts. What are you having for dinner?

Brussels sprouts must always be eaten in even numbers otherwise you die, it's nearly as bad as putting the left cycle clip on before the right one. Mind you, I wouldn't expect to get any sympathy on here.

Mine was going well until I found out that our parent company went into administration today. I think our part of the business is going to be ok but not sure about coast and oasis and warehouse.
