Window Cleaners Son??

This chap had turned up for the money for my window cleaning, he was totally spaced out and i refused to pay him,never seen him before not the dad collecting or one of his workers,but does look like him really annoyed that he came to my doors with eyes like saucers!!!

Well actually youre duty bound to pay him if the jobs been done and hes sent to collect the money.

Otherwise youre a non`payer and may get blacklisted for non payment for services rendered.

How's she duty bound if she didn't even really know it was the window cleaners son? He could have seen the window cleaner doing his round earlier in the day and on the off chance called at the houses tonight for any payment that was due claiming to be his son.

I wouldn't have parted with my money either.
