Hiya what status does jersey have in terms of health care - does it have the NHS? I had to cancel a holiday last year due to having a DVT and now i feel i would like a holiday where i don't have to fly. However, i have lots of other health problems, and ideally although i would have cancellation insurance and stuff, i dont particularly want to get covered for my health problems should i fall ill whilst there as it will be prohibitively expensive. i dont really intend to fall ill, and i dont want to take the **** but after only now getting my money back from the insurance company (after wrangling with them since august) i would like the security of knowing i could see a gp if nec, or go to hospital if needed. If the answer is no, does anyone know the status on the isle of man? BTW i am a british citizen
