Hello

I'm pretty crap with computers, and i've just bought a new laptop. Does any know a step by step guide on how to install ITUNES and JAVA. On certain websites aswell, I have noticed that it says ' ADDITIONAL PLUGINS NEEDED' at the top of the screen, then it says click here to download plugins. Does anybody know what this means. Unfortunately I am extremely hopeless when it comes to computers so please forgive my ignorance!!........help on the matter would be greatly appreciated!!

Plugins - some programs or webpages need certain things on your computer to make them work properly - plugins. If you are sure of the site that requires plugins, just click to download them
