Addition of Important Notice to Technology Section

Would it be possible to add a message to the top of the Technology section (similar to the one in Body and Soul) about the usage and discussion of software used to illegally download music and films etc.?
Several times weekly people ask questions about bit torrent sites and programs like Limewire...while not in themselves illegal to use they are commonly used to obtain music tracks and films that are copyrighted and this is illegal.
I know the questions usually get deleted from the Technology section but people might not post them at all if there was a message at the top of the page.

....or how about the stopping of chat about Nintendo DS carts such as the R4, M3DS, CycloDS, etc??
They are commonly used for playing NDS Roms on SD cards, meaning the games are downloaded for free - which is illegal!

As you said, the progs you mentioned are not illegal to use....how people use them is another matter.
If someone needs help to use the software, then that is a legitimate thread to start....if they are asking about downloading movies or music, then fair do's....but questions about the likes of Limewire and torrent sites is hardly against any rules!

I wasn't suggesting that the notice should forbid the asking of questions on how to use the software. Most of the posts I see are specifically asking about downloading copyrighted films and music though,I think people need warning that it is illegal to do such things.

Downloading games for the DS cards is just as illegal as downloading music or movies - the thing that gets me is, the ads on the right hand side of the screen often offer the downloading of music, movies and games......i think it's very two faced of AB to condone questions being asked about these these things when they freely take the cash to advertise them.
