No sorry Batman doesnt have super powers like Superman or Spiderman If You go back to the roots of the story he is just a bit deranged over the death of his parents the new Batman movie is supposed to go back that far and not the camp versions of old ( I need to get out more often)

As far as I know, he was just very rich and his money was used to finance his array of 'gadgets' i.e, Bat copter, Bat mobile, shark spray, etc.

He is billed as "The Worlds Greatest Detective" in the Comics. He has no true Super Powers, just superior intelligence and a bottomless pit of money to fund his Bat-Gadgets.
