Every time I reply to a question, the screen displays:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f4'

Variable is undefined: 'Name'

and I have to start all over again.

Is this a cunning way of cutting down on the number of posts that are made?

It's been happening to me, but only this evening.

I always copy before submitting, then I'm ready to paste just in case.....that rhymes!

I see VHG does that too - very wise!

If you are preparing a long post, like those I have seen of VHG's, then it is always worthwile. If you are posting the answer to a crossword clue, it is an aggravation.

The answers are being posted, it's just the response is an error, rather than returning to the original post as it used to.

Yeah, I realise the answers are appearing tonight after the error message shows, but having had problems with losing answers in the past, I prefer to copy ready to paste, but only with longish ones, not one liners.

That's why I said 'just in case'.
