Can a 1996 Escourt be towed without raising the front wheels [power steering]

Hi, providing it's road taxed, Insurance, MOT. Yes. But you will have to put a lot of effort regards the steering especially around corners, roundabout's.
Just a thought on trying to start, if when you turn on the ignition keep your foot on the clutch pedal this will disengage the gearbox helping the engine to turn faster and dry of the spark plugs if you have flooded them.

Thank you very ONCE AGAIN TWR. The reason I asked is that I found out today that my TSB card entitles me to free roadside callout provided my car is a quarter of a mile from my house. A bit daft I know,so I am going to do just that Looked at the leads to the plugs as you suggested, could not see much wrong, so pullrd off lead held near to engine and found spark a bit weak
