are there any cars with doors that lift up from the floor anymore? if so would they have a soft top aswell?

Can't see how you could have both gullwing doors and a soft-top. To what would you attach the doors?

they would be attached to the front of the car [bonnet]

If you like cars with beetle-wing doors you could always try to buy a Renault Zoom

The Swedish built 'Koenigsegg CCR' Supercar has these sort of doors and is a coupe/convertible with a hardtop roof panel thats easily removable. They are quite possibly the fastest road car in the world, with a top speed of 241mph.

The Lamborghini Murcielago has doors that lift up from the floor but not sure if there is a cabrio / covertible / targa top version.
