Hi theres this girl I know from school, she is on my facebook, she has got something wrong with her, I'm not sure what but she's a nice girl. However, she wants to meet up and is getting really chummy and without meaning to sound harsh I am not sure what to do about this as we are probably on different levels due to her difficulty so I don't know if we should hang out?

I really don't want this to come across in a bad way but I don't know what to do

Thanks to everyone who gave a sensible reply xx
what dissability is visible to the eye?
Glad you've decided to get together angel , you obviously wanted to , just needed a reassuring push from here . I hope you both get on and that she wants to meet up with you again too x
You shouldn't judge someone by their disability and it's not something to feel embarassed about. Her disability does not define her as a person.

I think you should be more open minded, meet her for a coffee and chat and see how things go. You may really like her as a person, you may not, but you won't know unless you try.
i didn't think handicapped was used anymore ..

when you say you are on different levels are you referring to your social standing? are you worried that people will make judgements about you because you are seen with someone who has a disability?
