uploading photo to e-bay ?

I am trying to sell an item on e-bay with a pic.When i try to upload pic i get message saying "A pic file couldn't be found on your computer" I am a bit of a novice to say the least !!!

What format is your picture in? Tell us the three letters of the name of the picture - eg.
picture1.jpg

Are you telling ebay to look in the right place - desktop, my pictures, where ever it is stored?

yes i think so. i clicked on the pic to open after browse and i got that message
