ME. It made me less miserable and anxious and had the added bonus of reducing the severity of any hangovers

but only if you wave a tablet around your head 24 hours a day - as no other evidence of b vits warding of these little critters has been proven (happy to be proved wrong on this though)

I dont know about research undercovers, but it worked when we took them.  vit b12 i think taken for 14 days before you go then one a day while you're there.  they hate the smell you give off!
