Printer problem

My printer is printing elongated photographs from collection sent to me by email, anything I can do?

What application are you using to print them?

Sorry, still quite new to this, don`t know what you mean by application. All I`ve done is click on the print sign on the page where my emails are

Open Word and pull the pictures in by 'Insert' and resize them to what you want. Press Ctrl s to save the new sizings.

You can do same on most photo applications.
