Drooping cut roses

do you mean that the roses are drooping just below the buds if so thread a hemming pin through the steam and it should stand erect !

used to own flower shop. cut stems on slant, put into couple of inches of boiling water and leave in whilst water cools. The will not pick up if too floppy though.
