I saw an Unicorn once upon a time..it was back in the 60's

neurosurgeon* - no, creatures like dragons and unicorns do not exist in real life (and never have). They only exist in fairytales and other stories. It is fun to imagine what they would look like, though!

komodo dragons are real- one bit Sharon stone's hubby.

Fictional beings/animals don't mate and have, therefore, become extinct.

On the other hand Frictional (with an r) animals do mate and that's where the term frictional comes from.
