Hi, i ordered my new glasses from Tesco optician, i went to collect them after a week when i as there i tried them on and couldn`t see out of them propally, so i mentiond this to the women who told me it ws probally because i had been wearing my other glasses and my new ones had a weaker lense in them as my eyes had got slightly better, so i thought ok will try them in the morning when i wake, the next day i put them straight on without putting my old ones on first and still couldn`t see, so ive been back today and seen the optician who tested my eyes and he reckons that the glasses have been made to the new prescription so it might be the glazing on them, so they are re-glazing them, i asked the question of when i go back to collect them after being re-glazed and i still cant see, what happens, all she said was we will have to talk to the manager, but what i want to know is, would i be entitled to a full refund as the problem isnt mine,or possibly not theres? Any advice much appreciated. ((sorry to go on ))

You should get a full refund. Refuse to accept them if you can't see properly when you put them on

Thats what i think shoul happen Ethel, but ive got this feeling that im going to have an argument on my hands, im not the first person to have this problem, my mum cant see out of one of her pairs that they done, she had buy one get one free and only tried on one of the pairs and when she went to wear the others she couldnt see either, and also a gentleman there was also having the same exact problem, but if they do argue and say that im not entitled to a ull refund, what should i say Ethel? Thank you for your help.
This is from the Tesco site:

What do I do if I am not happy with my glasses?

If you are not happy with your glasses you should call back to store where you collected them who will arrange for the glasses to be returned and your money refunded. For full details click here to view the Terms and conditions.
