Oh, and it's for baked cheesecake by the way
Cheescakes usually fall into two categories.......classic New York-made with cream cheese...and Italian-made with Ricotta cheese.And, according to allrecipes.com, you should never use spreadable creamcheese,but the solid block type instead. I don't think I've ever seen solid creamcheese in the UK. Whichever you use-you want a firm finish.
