msn virus

i have been told my my friends that my computer has a viruse, it logs me on msn and send a website to all my online friends. i have norton protection but it dosnt seem to pick it up. what can i do ??? thank you

Have you actually ran a full system scan? Also, do you regularly check the live updates - I assume you have an up to date version?
