msn virus.. aaaah

rite my msn wasnt working properly so i did a virus scan and found out theres a trojan acting as msn.. so i tried to delete the virus.. my virus scanner said it wudnt delete so i uninstalled msn and tried again.. no luck.
the name of the virus is PSguard.msmsgs
if anybody can hellp... thanks xx
