Sacrilegious?

Sectarian.

rational?

The people who believe in the specific religion would probably call him a blasphemer.

In a general sense I think the term often used is "anti-religious" (eg someone making "anti-religious" statements). In a more specific sense it could be "anti-catholic", "anti-semitic" (anti-Jewish) etc.

Bigot may be a useful word as an equivalent to racist
I thought it was agnostic or something, i know atheist is a none believer then there are agnostic for that i think if i remember back to R.E lessons my some time ago now...
Agnostic just means not knowing. It has nothing to do with saying something against religion. A theist is someone who believes that God exists, an atheist doesn't believe that God exists and an agnostic doesn't know.

I'm right here, In A Pickle. Just making sure I don't make any anti-Quaker comments now. Just joking! Most Quakers I know are wonderful people.
