Ive decided that i do wanna go to university and need to submit my UCAS form. Am I too late to do so??? And do i need to submit it for the 'clearing' list? PLEASE HELP

If you go to the UCAS website http://www.ucas.ac.uk/  you should be able to find most of the information you need. You may be too late to apply by the normal route but you can probably go through clearing.

I was in your position last year...but in August!  I contacted the Uni myself and they invited me in and put me on a course in September - a month later!  I skipped out messing about with the UCAS malarky. 

However, I don't recommend you wait till August, although i'm sure UCAS will still accept your forms.  If they say they you are late - contact the actual University for help - they are usually willing.
