why dont you search the net for animal classes in your area? they have all sorts of behavioural classes for unruly pets :-) its a tireless job, but you have to learn how to train your dog properly, let it know whos boss and that she can not win the situation between you. for the time being, put something up against the fence to stop her and begin basic behaviour training every day.  every time she does something good, give her a treat and every time she does something bad shut her away somewhere for a little while. soon she will learn. dont worry too much though, she is still young and most dogs are excitable at this age.

If you can't make the fence higher, then use trellis or something to make it less easy to jump over.

I guess if she's doing this because she's bored, you need to find some things for her to do...like hiding treats around the garden, playing with her, interactive toys that keep her attention. There are hollow toys you can get that you can fill with treats to keep her busy.

Mainly you want to keep her so interested in whatever you are doing that she won't want to let you out of her sight.

Had the same problem with my little pup. I tore down our 4' fence and installed a 6' fence. That was 4 months ago. Since then, I have been training the dog like elleroo suggests. I can now leave the gate open and she will not pass through it unless I tell her to.
It takes loads of work and patience. Good luck.

Build a bigger fence that is hard to jump. And make sure she gets enough excercise. She may be bored.  "A tired dog is a happy dog" Except mine, she gets grumpy when she is tired, but she is good though :)

Good luck, let us know how it goes.
