I recently came across this saying "IF IT WAS'NT FOR CUSTARD HEDGEHOGS WOUD'NT BE ABLE TO FLY HELICOPTERS". Can anyone explain this to me.

It's just a piece of nonsense - a step further on from phrases like "If it wasn't for being able to float down on leaves in autumn, elephants would be stuck up trees all year round!"

It doesn't actually mean anything.

How was Custard involved? And where was Rhubarb at the time?

Definately just a nonsense phrase - but one of the best ones I've heard for ages.  Gave me a good laugh!!!  Thanks!!

Sounds like an exchange two spies would make in a dodgy spoof film.

never heard of it, but i now love it! its my msn name! x
