80's Theme Tune by Isla St Clair?

Hi - here's a tester - does anybody know of the programme hosted by Isla St Clair in the 80's - I'm sure the beginning of the programme started with a horse and I'm sure that Isla sang the theme tune - this is what I'm after - the title song.  I think it may be The Song and The Story?  If this is correct, where can I get an mp3 copy?  Cheers!!!
