Thanks again. So any Tom, Dick or Whacko with enough dosh has access to our HC. That's amazing.
I'm pretty sure US/Bahraini relations are good - something to do with oil and defence, I believe!
(Couldn't give a toss about the case, by the way - just the HC involvement)

No, they have to apply to the Court and the Court is quite free to refuse a hearing.

There is no need to start a new thread for every reply - just post on your other threads, for continuity.

I'm a bit of a novice at this lark - only used it a couple of times (to moan about dt crosswords!) so thanks too for your advice re posting continuity.
