does anyone else agree with the 5.00 virgin media charges if you do not pay by direct debit. I think its a rip off but cant pay by direct debit as most months they screw my bill.

Well...It may seem unfair, but they're a business, they can charge how much they want, really. I guess having to send bills, then chase people for money, costs more than simply receiving money by direct debit.

yeah but i pay via my card over the internet as i have an ebill and it'd be like tesco saying if u spend less then 10.00 u pay a fee
No, it's different. They have to include risks in it too. If you're in Tesco, you will always pay straight away. If you pay by card online for Virgin, there is a chance that you will be late paying. I'm not saying you have ever been, but other people might.
