The only destination (outside of the UK) served by direct flights from Norwich, on the dates you require, is Amsterdam. That statement is based upon reading this
http://www.norwichairport.co.uk/summer-winter. asp
and checking all of the airline websites linked to from here:
http://www.norwichairport.co.uk/gateway.asp?pi d=77

There are 4 flights to/from Amsterdam daily, with KLM. The cheapest combination of flights, on the dates you require, is achieved by taking lunchtime flights in each direction. (Out 1240, land 1445. Back 1205, land 1200). That works at at 140 per person, including taxes and charges. Taking flights at other times of the day increases the price, up to a maximum of 241 per person.

PS: If you can get to Stansted, Ryanair have some reasonable fares available for those dates.

For example, to Pisa, taking off at 0825, landing at 1145. Coming back at 1845, landing at 2005. Total fare = 87.58 per person (including taxes and charges but excluding Ryanair's card handling fee and checked baggage charges).

Pisa Airport is 50 miles from Florence. See here for transport links:

Probably not from Norwich but have you thpught of Eastern europe, very nice Chroistmas markets around at that time of year.
Try Krakow, Poland for a very nice break and can recommend the royal hotel there, full of old world charm and very handy for the town.
