Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a DVD of a very old entertainer - George Carl.(if you're under 50 you will not have heard of him !!)
Thanks
Curtis.

Try your local HMV store. If they havn't got any in stock they will usually order them in for you..... They are quite helpful!!
Clips of him were on 'Ronnie Barker's Comedy Heroes' last Thursday on Five. Whilst the name didn't ring a bell, I recognised him straight away...and I'm only 41.

Thanks Ethel - a very interesting site.
robbiebob - I shall contact HMV and see if it can be ordered (I don't know if one has been produced).
delboy3 - It was watching George Carl on "Ronnie Barker's Comedy Heroes" that prompted me to ask the question. It is an unique act that we're not likely ever to see again.
My thanks to all of you for the interest shown.
Curtis.
Who was he? What did he do? I'm 68 and haven't heard of him.
