I am a female in my late 50s and have been taken off H.R.T. treatment by my Doc. I am still having "hot flushes" several times daily.. I believe that there are several herbal type remedies which may help. Does anybody "with experience" have any suggestions

Thanks

recently my wife had the same problem (she is in her late 40s). The hot flushes became really bad about 6 weeks ago and when she went back to her doctor a repeat of HRT was not an option.  Fortunately her doc is quite open thinking and she recommended a remedy from Holland and Barrett called Red Clover Blossom capsules.  They are about 11 for a bottle of 100 and you take 6 a day but they do work.  After 4 weeks taking them she found that the flushes calmed down and now they seem to be well under control - I hope this helps and good luck.  Having been on the blunt end of this problem I have every sympathy with you. - regards Dave

I asked a similar question yesterday - not a lot of answers so far.
In my experience herbals only have an effect for so long and then symptoms recur.
I was hoping for some suggestions.
You could look back to see the stuff I've tried.
