How long can you keep sherry if a bottle has not been opened I have a few bottles and wonder how long it can be kept.

Hi, Sherry is generally over 17% volume which means it is self preserving. There are Solera style sherries which are 60 or more years old and are beautiful, check my supplier for 1941 Sherry, gorgeous

Thanks for that. Mine isn't quite so classy as some of those you mentioned, just a Croft Original but still 17.5% so from what you say, I can crack it open and enjoy?
